Hassle-free check in
With the offline check-in module (optional), you can have totally independent access control and badging. You install a program on your own PC, and connect to your online EventDrive account in advance. All check-inn data will be synchronised via a local database that you can use at the event, without an Internet connection. The application automatically synchronises with your account when you return to the office, so that attendance can be reported exactly.
If you have an Internet connection at the site, the application will detect it and set up continuous synchronisation with the web server.
If the connection is interrupted, the registration data will be queued and re-synchronised as soon as the connection is restored.
Our Sales and Rental Service can rent you “Fastbadge” cases with a barcode scanner and badge printer, to enable totally independent registrations.
